Dog Walking is a flexible service you can offer by with full control over your availability, service radius, and daily booking limits.
What is Dog Walking?
Dog Walking is a service you can offer where you visit a pet parent’s home and walk their dog for either 30 or 60 minutes. Once enabled, the service appears on your public profile and becomes available for booking in your service area.
Setting up Dog Walking
How do I turn Dog Walking on?
- Enable Dog Walking in your service settings.
- Turn the service on or off
- Set your availability
- Select which walk durations you would like to offer by setting your prices for each (30 and/or 60 minutes)
- Select your service radius
After it’s enabled, pet parents in your service radius will be able to request bookings.

How does scheduling work?
Dog Walking uses time slots based on your availability.
You control:
- The days and times you are available

How many walks you accept in a day
You are responsible for making sure your schedule allows enough time for travel between bookings.
What walk lengths can I offer?
You can offer:
- 30-minute walks

60-minute walks
You can choose to offer one or both.
Will Dog Walking show on my profile?
Yes. Once the service is enabled, it will appear on your public profile so pet parents can book you for walks.
Managing Dog Walking Bookings
Can I accept multiple walks in the same day?
Yes. You can accept multiple bookings as long as they fit within your availability and schedule.
How do I know if a booking is within my service area?
The platform checks the pet parent’s address during checkout and only allows requests that fall within your service radius.
What happens when I receive a Dog Walking request?
Dog Walking follows the standard booking flow:
- You receive a booking request.
- You review the details.
- You accept or decline the request.
Once accepted, the walk will appear in your Bookings dashboard.
Where do I manage my upcoming walks?
All scheduled walks are available in your Bookings section where you can:
- View booking details
- Message the pet parent
- Prepare for the visit
Can I message the pet parent?
Yes. You can message the pet parent at any time through the platform to:
- Confirm details
- Ask questions

What if I need to change or can’t fulfill a walk?
If something changes, communicate with the pet parent as soon as possible through messaging and follow the standard booking management process in your Bookings dashboard.
