How can I request deletion of my Yourgi Pro (sitter) account?

If you decide you no longer want to be listed as a sitter on the Yourgi marketplace, you can request that your account be deleted. Please note, deletion refers only to your Pro/sitter profile — you will still be able to use Yourgi as a customer to book appointments unless you choose to deactivate that separately.


What do I need to do?

  1. Submit a support ticket from your Yourgi Pro account, requesting that you be removed as a sitter from the marketplace.
  2. In the ticket, please include your name, email, and confirmation that you want full deletion of your Pro profile.

What will Yourgi do?

  • The Yourgi support team will check that all payouts due to you are finalized.
  • We will also confirm that there are no upcoming or scheduled appointments tied to your sitter profile.
  • Once everything is cleared, we will delete your sitter account / listing from the marketplace.

What happens after deletion?

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message or email saying your Pro (sitter) profile has been removed.
  • You will no longer be listed as a Yourgi Pro sitter, and won’t receive bookings or inquiries as a sitter.
