A quick guide to understanding Yourgi Pro policies. 


Cancelation Policy

Yourgi Pros can customize their own cancelation notice period (ranging from no notice to 14 days), and if a Pet Parent cancels after that period, the Pro receives a 50% cancelation payout. If a service is canceled after it begins, partial payments may apply, and for bookings longer than 7 days, refunds are capped at 50% of a 7-day value.

Holiday Fees Policy

Yourgi Pros can choose to work on holidays and apply custom surcharge fees to compensate for peak-season demand, with clear holiday dates and charges shown directly in booking details.

Accepted Pets Policy
