What is a Meet & Greet?
A Meet & Greet is an introductory session between you, the pet, and the Pet Parent before a booking is confirmed. It helps ensure compatibility, answer questions, and build trust.
How do Meet & Greets work?
Meetings can take place in person at a neutral location, at your home, or virtually via video call. The Pet Parent and Caregiver discuss the pet’s needs, routines, health, and behavior, and may observe how the pet interacts in the environment.
How do I stay safe during a Meet & Greet?
Always meet in a safe, public, or mutually agreed space for the first meeting. Keep initial interactions short and supervised. Never commit to a booking until you’re comfortable with the pet’s behavior and the owner’s expectations.
Are Meet & Greets required?
They are strongly recommended for first-time clients and for pets with special needs or behavioral considerations.
